Web - Cancel from your account

1. Open a browser and go to your account at https://justdone.com/.
2. Sign in with your email and password.
3. Go to Settings or Billing and locate Subscriptions.
4. Click Cancel subscription and follow the on-screen confirmation steps. The site states cancellation stops automatic renewal but access remains until the end of the current period.
5. Save the cancellation confirmation email and screenshot the on-screen confirmation.

iOS / App Store

1. Open the iOS Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
2. Find JustDone or Justdone.ai in the list and tap Cancel Subscription.

Cooling-off period (14 days)
