1. Open https://joinladder.com/ and sign in with the account used for your subscription.
2. Go to Account or Billing settings and find Subscription or Plan details.

iOS - cancel via Apple (recommended if billed through Apple)

1. On iPhone, open Settings and tap your name, or open the App Store and tap your profile.

Price increase

If Ladder increases the subscription price for renewing customers, you have the right to cancel under the renewal cooling-off protections in the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024.
