Cooling-off period (14 days for digital distance contracts)

You have a 14 day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 for most distance contracts. For monthly subscriptions request cancellation within 14 days to be eligible for a full refund. End of commitment / subscription expiry

If your subscription is a fixed-term annual plan, it expires at the end of the paid period. To avoid renewal, cancel before the renewal date by turning off auto-renewal in your account or contacting [email protected]. For annual plans billed upfront the minimum paid period is 12 months for that charge.

Price increase

If MacKeeper increases the price mid-contract, request a price adjustment or cancellation and refund for the remaining period. Provide the previous invoice and the notice of increase as proof. Confirm cancellation and keep proof

After cancelling, keep screenshots, confirmation emails, chat transcripts or postal proof. If you cancelled by phone note the agent's name, date and time and request a confirmation email.

Refunds and uninstall requirement
