Cancel Replit the easy way

Web (recommended)

1. Sign in at your Replit account in a browser.
2. Open Account, then choose Billing or Subscriptions.
3. Find the active subscription and select Cancel subscription to stop automatic renewals. Cancellation stops future renewals but your access continues until the current billing period ends.
4. Save the on-screen confirmation and check your email for a confirmation message.

iOS (App Store purchases)

1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
3. Select Replit and tap Cancel Subscription. The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
4. Replit cannot cancel App Store purchases for you; request any refund directly through Apple if needed.

Android (Google Play purchases)

1. Open the Google Play Store app and tap your profile icon.
2. Choose Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions.
3. Select Replit and tap Cancel subscription. The subscription remains active until the period end.
4. Replit cannot cancel Google Play purchases for you; request refunds via Google Play if necessary.

Phone

1. Phone cancellation is not available for Replit subscriptions.
2. Use web cancellation, email or postal registered letter instead.

Email

1. Send an email to [email protected] with your account email, invoice number and clear request to cancel and, if desired, request a refund.
2. Keep all correspondence and note dates and times of replies.

Post (registered letter)

1. Send a registered letter to Replit, 16 Great Queen Street, WC2B 5AH London, United Kingdom stating your account email, subscription plan and request to Cancel the subscription.
2. Keep the postal proof of delivery as evidence.

Moving / relocation

If you move country and need to cancel, the contractual position depends on your active subscription and billing method. Cancel via your account to stop future renewals; any refund request must follow the refund rules in Replit policy. Keep proof of the move (utility bill or tenancy agreement) if you seek discretionary refund from support.

Price increase

If Replit increases prices for an ongoing subscription, check your plan terms. You may cancel before the next renewal to avoid higher charges. Retrospective refunds for prior months are not available under Replit terms unless explicitly granted.

Death of the subscriber
