Web - cancel inside your Speechify account

1. Open a browser and go to https://app.speechify.com and log in.
2. Click your profile photo in the top-right corner.
3. Select "Settings" from the menu.
4. Choose the "Subscription" tab or the left panel option labelled "Cancel Subscription".

iOS - cancel via Apple

Android - cancel via Google Play

Email - ask support to cancel

1. Compose an email to [email protected] with your account email, purchase receipt and a clear cancellation request.
2. Include whether you purchased via the website, App Store or Play Store.

Post - registered letter

1. Write a letter including your full name, account email, date of purchase and a clear statement: "I wish to cancel my Speechify subscription."

Moving abroad or change of residency

If you change residency this does not automatically cancel a subscription.
