1. Sign in at the Streamlabs website.
2. Go to your Memberships Page.
3. Find your subscription line and click "Cancel Membership" on the far right.

Cancel via Web - Global Accounts Page

1. Sign in at https://streamlabs.com/.
2. Click "Your Plan" in top navigation.
3. Click "Cancel Plan" and follow the on-screen warnings.
4. Check the box acknowledging loss of Ultra features across all products and click "Confirm".
5. Save confirmation screenshot or email if provided.

Cancel on iOS (Apple App Store)

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
2. Tap your name, then tap "Subscriptions".
3. Find the Streamlabs subscription in the list.
4. Tap "Cancel Subscription" at the bottom and follow Apple prompts.
5. Apple will send a confirmation; retain it for records.

Cancel on Android (Google Play)

1. Open Google Play Store app.
2. Tap your profile icon, then "Payments & subscriptions" then "Subscriptions".
3. Select the Streamlabs subscription and tap "Cancel subscription".
4. If the subscription is not listed, cancel on the Streamlabs Memberships Page instead.
5. Keep the Google Play confirmation email or screenshot.

Cancel by Email or Support Ticket

1. Open a support ticket via the Streamlabs Help Center or email [email protected].
2. Include account email, subscription type (Ultra), and the request: "Please cancel my Streamlabs Ultra subscription and confirm in writing."
3. Save the ticket number and reply for proof.

Cancel by Post or Registered Letter

Price increase
