Moving abroad or relocation

Legitimate grounds accepted by Todoist

Per Todoist research, refunds and early termination are available for yearly Pro subscriptions cancelled within 30 days of purchase or renewal. For Business yearly subscriptions contact support after cancelling the team for refund requests. Monthly payments are generally not refundable unless consumer protection law requires it.

End of commitment

If you are not in a fixed-term commitment, cancel any time and the subscription will stop at the end of the paid period for monthly plans. There is no minimum commitment stated by Todoist.

Cooling-off period

The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 grant a 14-day cancellation right for distance contracts. For digital subscriptions that begin immediately you can lose the 14-day right if you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge loss of right.
