Web (official, fastest)

1. Open a browser and go to https://www.trainerize.com/ and sign in to your web account.
2. Go to Settings then Billing.
3. In the Base Subscription section click "Cancel auto-renew" as shown in the official help article How to Cancel.
4. Take a screenshot of the confirmation screen and keep any confirmation email.
5. Your subscription will not renew after the end of the current paid period.

iOS

1. Open the Trainerize app and check Account or Settings for billing information.
2. If the app does not show a cancel option follow the Web steps above.
3. If your subscription was set up via the Apple App Store, cancel via your Apple subscriptions in iOS Settings.
4. Keep a screenshot of actions and any confirmation emails.

Android

1. Open the Trainerize app and check Account or Settings for billing details.

Cooling-off right (new subscriptions)

If you are a new subscriber to Trainerize you have a 14 day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
