Web (best for most users)

1. Log in at twitter.com or in the X app on the web.
2. Open your profile menu and go to Settings and Support, then Settings and privacy.
3. Choose "Subscription" or "X Premium" management.
4. Select the active subscription and click Cancel subscription or Turn off auto-renew.
5. Confirm on-screen and keep the cancellation confirmation email as proof.

iOS (via Apple App Store)

1. Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your profile photo, then Subscriptions.
3. Select the X/Twitter subscription.
4. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm. Your subscription remains active until the paid term ends.
5. Save the App Store confirmation email as proof.

Android (via Google Play)

1. Open Google Play Store on your device.

Email

1. Compose a clear email to [email protected] from the account linked to the subscription.
2. Subject: "Cancel X Premium subscription - [Your account handle]".
3. State the subscription tier, last four digits of the payment card, and request confirmation.
4. Save any reply; if none is received, use other cancellation channels.

Postal letter

1. Send a registered letter to: Twitter, 20 Air Street, W1B 5AN London, United Kingdom.
2. Include account handle, email address, subscription tier and clear instruction: "Please cancel my subscription and confirm by return."

Phone

1. Twitter does not publish a standard customer phone support number for subscription cancellations in the UK.

Moving abroad or to a country where the service is blocked

If your payment method or local restrictions prevent renewal, you may cancel your subscription and retain access until the paid term ends.
