Web - cancel via dashboard

1. Sign in to your Webflow account at webflow.com.
2. Open the Dashboard and select the Project or Workspace that has the Site plan you want to cancel.
3. Go to the Billing or Site settings > Plans or Billing section.
4. Find the active Site plan and choose Cancel plan or Disable auto-renewal. The interface will confirm that cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

1. Visit the Webflow Help Center at help.webflow.com.
2. Open a new request explaining you want to Cancel or Disable auto-renewal and include the site name and billing email.

Mobile (iOS / Android)

1. Webflow provides account and billing management via the web dashboard. If you use a mobile device, open your account in a mobile browser and follow the Web steps above.
2. If a mobile app is installed, check whether billing links to your Apple or Google subscriptions. Webflow does not publish a distinct mobile cancellation flow.

End of commitment

Annual plans are billed upfront for one year and auto-renew for successive years.
