Overview

Fabletics VIP is a paid membership that gives members access to reduced prices, VIP credits and exclusive collections for activewear and related categories. Membership is offered on a monthly basis and includes perks such as VIP pricing, free exchanges and tailored outfit recommendations.

How the membership works

Members pay a monthly fee of £59.99 unless they choose to skip the month between the 1st and 5th. Skipping prevents the monthly charge but preserves access to VIP pricing benefits. VIP credits granted as part of the membership expire after 12 months.

Web - cancel via your account

1. Log into your account at Fabletics.co.uk.
2. Open Help & Contact or visit the membership management area.
3. Follow the 'Cancel VIP Membership' prompts and confirm your decision.
4. Save or screenshot the confirmation page and await confirmation email.
5. If you cannot find the cancellation flow, use chat or phone.

iOS / Android - cancel through app or web

1. Open the Fabletics App or mobile web and sign in.
2. Go to Account or Help and look for membership cancellation.
3. Follow on-screen steps and keep any confirmation screenshot.
4. If charged through App Store for a subscription, check App Store subscriptions in your Apple ID and cancel there if applicable.

Phone - cancel with Member Services

1. Call 02036953831, available Mon-Sun 09:00 - 18:00.
2. Ask the agent to cancel your VIP Membership and request a cancellation confirmation email.
3. If wait times are long, note the time and try chat as an alternative.

Email / Contact form - written cancellation

1. Use the website Help & Contact form or the account email channel to request cancellation.
2. Send your full name, email used for account, and state: "Please cancel my VIP Membership effective immediately".
3. Keep the reply email as proof. Allow up to 72 hours for response.

Post - registered letter

1. Address a signed letter to: Fabletics VIP, 25 Foubert's Place, W1F 7QF London, United Kingdom.
2. Include account email, full name, and request: "Cancel my VIP Membership" and the date.
3. Send by recorded delivery and keep the receipt. Cancellation will be processed within 30 days of receipt.

Moving abroad

If you move outside the United Kingdom and can prove a new permanent address, send proof such as a signed tenancy agreement or utility bill plus your cancellation request. The company must process the request and cancellation becomes effective 30 days after receipt. Applicable law: Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Price increase

If Fabletics raises the membership fee, you can cancel under the contract if the price increase is not part of your agreed plan. Provide a screenshot or official email showing the increase and request cancellation. Applicable law: Consumer Rights Act 2015 and CMA guidance on unfair terms.

Death of subscriber

Immediate family or executor should send a copy of the death certificate and a written cancellation request to the postal address. The provider must stop future charges; any prepayments are subject to the refund rules below. Applicable law: standard contract termination rules and Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Legitimate ground - product or service failure

Legitimate grounds accepted by Fabletics include defective product claims and failure to provide core membership benefits. To claim, attach order number, photos of defects, and correspondence. Fabletics refunds defective product prices and reasonable return costs, usually within 30 days after confirming entitlement.

End of commitment

There is no minimum contract length for VIP Membership. You can cancel at any time and there is no minimum commitment period. State the cancellation date and retain confirmation.

Cooling-off period

You have a 14-day right to withdraw from the VIP Membership contract without giving any reason, starting from the day Fabletics sends an email confirming VIP Membership. To exercise this, notify Fabletics within 14 days and you will be refunded using the same payment method. Before cancelling: negotiate

Contact Member Services and ask for retention options. Retention tactics to request include temporary freeze, refund of the last month if charged in error, or account credit. Research shows Fabletics can offer VIP credits and exchange options; however there are no widely reported fixed cash refunds offered as standard. If you report a billing error, request a written confirmation and ask for immediate reversal. Use chat or phone and keep a transcript or reference number.

Time limits and refunds

Refunds for cancelled services must be issued within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Fabletics states refunds for defective products are usually processed within 30 days.

Check your final billing

After cancellation, confirm the last billing date and check your bank or card statements for unexpected future charges. If you are charged after cancellation, gather your confirmation and dispute the charge immediately with your card issuer using chargeback or Section 75 if applicable.

Access and VIP credits

Unused VIP credits remain redeemable until their 12-month expiry from issue date even after cancellation. Track credit expiry dates in your account and use them before the 12-month deadline.

Data and account deletion

Request account deletion if you want Fabletics to remove personal data. Send a written request via Help & Contact and retain the response. Deletion may not remove transactional records required for tax or legal compliance.

Re-activation

You can re-activate the VIP Membership at any time by logging in and rejoining. Re-joining may require a new sign-up and the original VIP credits will still expire based on their original 12-month term.
