Legitimate grounds accepted by JustFab

JustFab accepts cancellation by a clear statement via email or post. For VIP contracts you have the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason; JustFab will reimburse payments without undue delay and not later than 14 days after the decision to cancel. If you cancel VIP and keep Basic, credits remain. If you cancel both VIP and Basic, credits are cancelled and cannot be redeemed. JustFab will notify you if cancellation will cause credit loss and give the option to use credits before finalising cancellation. Evidence required: clear statement by email or letter, and any requested account verification.

End of commitment and cooling-off

VIP membership runs for an indefinite period and can be terminated at any time within your account. You have a 14 day cooling-off right to cancel a Purchase Contract for goods delivered, starting from the day you or a third party acquires physical possession of the goods. To exercise the cooling-off, send a clear statement by email or post. JustFab must reimburse all payments received including standard delivery costs within 14 days after receiving the goods back or evidence of return. For VIP membership contracts concluded online, consumers may cancel within 14 days without giving a reason.

Before you cancel - negotiate
