Web - cancel from your account

1. Sign in to your account on MyCraftClub.
2. Open "Subscription" or "My Orders" and select the active subscription.
3. Select "Cancel subscription" and follow on-screen prompts to confirm cancellation.
4. Save a screenshot of the confirmation and any confirmation email.

Email - cancel by contacting support

1. Send an email to [email protected] from the address on your account.
2. Include your full name, order number, account email and request: "Please cancel my subscription immediately."
3. Keep the support reply as proof. If no reply within 7 days, escalate using postal letter.

PayPal - cancel via PayPal dashboard

1. Log in to PayPal and go to Settings - Payments - Manage automatic payments.
2. Find MyCraftClub and cancel the recurring payment.
3. Take a screenshot of the cancellation confirmation from PayPal.

Phone - when a number is not published

1. Check your account or order confirmation email for a contact number; MyCraftClub does not publish a public phone number.
2. If a number appears, call and note the time, agent name and confirmation details.
