Overview

Omaze UK runs paid sweepstakes where donors buy entries to win luxury prizes while supporting charity partners. Subscriptions provide recurring entries into periodic prize draws, including the Omaze Monthly Millionaire on certain plans.

How subscriptions work

Subscribers pay a monthly fee and receive a set number of entries for each eligible draw. Subscriptions are charged on the 1st of each month after initial signup.

1. Go to your account on omaze.co.uk.
2. Choose Manage Subscriptions from your account menu.
3. Click Cancel on the subscription you wish to end.
4. Receive on-screen confirmation and an email receipt. Save this confirmation as proof.

iOS

1. Open the Omaze app and sign in.
2. Open Account or Subscriptions and select Manage Subscriptions.

Cooling-off period (14 days)

You have the right to cancel a subscription within 14 days of entering into the contract under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you cancel within this 14-day period, Omaze will reimburse all payments received for the Membership within 14 days using the same payment method. To claim the refund, cancel via the Account page or send an email to [email protected] with your request. If you accessed the subscription services and they were fully performed during the 14-day period, the right to cancel under the 14-day rule is lost. See Subscription terms.

Price increase

If Omaze increases the subscription price, check your subscription terms for change-notice rules. If the price increase is a contractual change and you do not accept the new terms, you can cancel the contract. Keep written proof of the announced change and your cancellation request. Applicable law: Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for unfair contract terms.

Death of subscriber

For death of a subscriber, provide a copy of the death certificate and proof of your authority (executor or next of kin). Moving / relocation

Relocation does not automatically cancel a subscription. If you cannot use the subscription due to change of residence, request cancellation and state the reason. Provide proof of new address if requested. Applicable law: Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 for cancellation rights.

If Omaze fails to provide the agreed subscription service with reasonable care and skill, raise a complaint citing the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
