ShaveKit is a UK shaving subscription service selling safety-razor style handles, refill blade cartridges and complementary grooming products. ShaveKit operates a trial-to-subscription model and offers refill deliveries on selectable cadences.

How the subscription works

Customers can order a trial kit then continue on a refill subscription that renews automatically on chosen delivery frequencies: every 4, 8 or 16 weeks. Blade refills are delivered within the UK and postage for blade refills is free.

2. Sign in with your account credentials.
3. Click My Account on desktop/laptop.

iOS / Android - if you use a phone

1. Open your mobile browser and go to https://www.shavekit.com/login.
2. Sign in and follow the same My Account then Cancel Options path as desktop.
3. If your device prompts to open an app but none exists, continue in the browser.

Phone cancellation

1. The company does not publish a public phone number on the official pages used in research; call information is Not published by ShaveKit.
2. If you have a phone number from order documentation, call and request cancellation and a confirmation reference.
3. Ask the agent to confirm effective date and whether any upcoming shipment will still be billed.

Email cancellation

1. Send an email to [email protected] with subject Cancel Subscription and include your full name, account email and order number.
2. For cancellations by email the notice period is 1 working day prior to the next shipping date; changes or cancellations made within 24 hours of the next shipping date will not be actioned until the next billing period.
3. Keep the reply as proof.

Post (registered letter)

Moving - change of delivery address or leaving the UK

If you move address within the UK, update delivery details in your account to avoid missed deliveries. If you move outside the UK, cancelling the subscription is required because ShaveKit only delivers within the UK. Proof required: new address confirmation (utility bill or tenancy agreement) if requested by the company. Price increase

ShaveKit pricing updates are governed by its terms. If a price increase materially changes the contract, you may have the right to cancel before the increase takes effect. Death of subscriber

Cooling-off (14-day distance selling)
