Moving residence

Cooling-off period

Rule: The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 provide a 14-day cooling-off period for off-premises and online contracts. Before you cancel: negotiate

Key consumer laws

The main laws that protect UK consumers for membership contracts are the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Cooling-off and refunds

Re-activation

You can rejoin at any time by purchasing a new membership. Renewing by annual Direct Debit saves £12 per year on many plans according to V&A published notes.
