Cancel ITV Hub+ the easy way

ITV Hub+ is the paid tier of ITV's streaming service that provides ad-free playback of most on-demand content, extra films and shows, access to the BritBox catalogue, and mobile downloads subject to licensing.

Cancel on the website (recommended)

1. Go to www.itv.com and sign in using the account that holds ITVX Premium.
2. Click the profile icon in the top-right corner and choose Manage Account.
3. Under Your plan select Cancel subscription and follow on-screen prompts.
4. Confirm cancellation and keep a screenshot or the confirmation screen for your records.

Cancel on iPhone or iPad (Apple subscriptions)

1. Open the App Store on your device and tap your profile.
2. Tap Subscriptions, select ITVX Premium and choose Cancel Subscription.
3. If you need a refund for a purchase through Apple, request the refund through Apple support since Apple controls refunds for App Store purchases.

Cancel on Android / Google Play

1. Visit play.google.com and sign in to the Google Account used to purchase the subscription.
2. Click My subscriptions on the left, select ITVX Premium, click Manage, then Cancel subscription.
3. Keep the Google Play cancellation confirmation email as proof.

Cancel on Amazon Fire / Fire TV stick

1. Open your Amazon account, go to Your Memberships and Subscriptions, find the ITVX subscription and select Cancel.
2. Amazon will show a confirmation page and send an email; keep that email as proof.

Cancel by email, form or post

1. Email [email protected] with your account details and a clear statement that you wish to cancel the subscription.
2. Or submit a cancellation using the contact form at www.itv.com/contactform and save a copy of the submission.
3. To cancel by post send a signed instruction to: ITV Hub+, Upper Ground, SE1 9LT London, United Kingdom. Use recorded delivery and retain the receipt.

Moving abroad

If you move outside the UK and your payment method or content rights prevent continued access, contact [email protected] with proof of new address or travel documents. ITV Hub+ does not publish a specific accepted document list; provide an official government document showing residence outside the UK. Price increase

If ITV Hub+ increases the subscription price mid-contract you may cancel before the change takes effect. Provide the notification you received and the date of the increase.
