Overview

LFCTV is the official Liverpool Football Club streaming and club media service operated by LIVERPOOLFC.TV LIMITED. It offers match highlights, archive material, documentaries, interviews and live LFCTV streams via app stores and as a channel through Sky in the UK and Republic of Ireland.

How people subscribe

Subscriptions are sold via the Apple App Store, Google Play, the Official Liverpool FC app / All Red Video service and via Sky for UK and Republic of Ireland TV customers. All Red Video was formerly LFCTV GO and is integrated into the Official Liverpool FC App.

Cancel via Apple App Store (iOS)

1. On your iPhone, open Settings and tap your name at the top.
2. Tap Subscriptions.
3. Find LFCTV or All Red Video / All Red Essential and tap Cancel Subscription or Turn Off Auto-Renewal.
4. Keep a screenshot of the cancellation screen and any App Store confirmation email as proof.

Cancel via Google Play (Android)

1. Open the Google Play Store app and tap your profile icon.
2. Tap Payments & subscriptions then Subscriptions.
3. Select LFCTV or All Red Video and tap Cancel subscription.
4. Save the cancellation confirmation email or a screenshot of the cancelled subscription screen.

Cancel via Sky / Virgin TV

1. If you subscribe to LFCTV through Sky, sign into your Sky account or use the Sky app and locate your channel subscriptions.
2. Cancel the LFCTV channel or package following Sky's cancellation workflow, or call Sky customer service.
3. Retain any Sky confirmation email or a screenshot of the cancelled channel in your account as proof.

Cancel via the Official Liverpool FC App / Web

1. If you purchased inside the Official Liverpool FC App, follow the App Store or Google Play steps above because in-app purchases are managed by those stores.
2. If you created a web account and paid directly on Liverpoolfc.com for All Red Video, log in to your account on the club website and find subscription management to cancel. If no web cancellation option exists, follow app store or provider steps or send a registered letter.

Cancel by post

1. Write a clear cancellation request including your full name, subscription email, subscription ID if known and request an end of contract notice and refund of any overpayment.
2. Send the registered letter to: LFCTV, Anfield Road, L4 0TH Liverpool, United Kingdom.
3. Keep proof of posting and any reply. Postal processing and the trader reply can take up to 14 days after delivery.

Note: The LFC Help Centre states they cannot directly manage cancellations for users because they do not have access to purchase records if purchases were made through Apple or Google.

Moving abroad

Rule - If you change country and the service is not available, you can notify the trader and request termination. Provide proof - a copy of a utility bill, new tenancy agreement or change of address documentation. Law - Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 require that cancellation is effective on notification; trader actions depend on availability.

Price increase

Rule - You have the right to end a subscription if the trader imposes an unilateral price increase where the contract allows it without your consent. Required proof - copy of the notice of price increase received from LFCTV and your subscription details. Law - Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 protections apply to unfair contract terms; a renewal cooling-off notice must be provided and you may cancel as set out in the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024.

Death of the subscriber

Rule - A close family member or executor can request contract termination. Required proof - death certificate and proof of authority (executor letters) or next-of-kin ID. Law - Cancellation takes effect on notification; any refund of overpayment is due per the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Legitimate ground (service failure or breach)

Rule - If the service is not provided with reasonable care and skill you can cancel. Required proof - examples: repeated streaming failure logs, screenshots, dated correspondence complaining to LFCTV or your provider. Law - Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires services to be performed with reasonable care and skill; this supports a termination claim.

End of commitment

Rule - If your contract term ends and it does not auto-renew against your wishes, you can let it lapse. Required proof - account statement showing contract end date or end of subscription period. Cooling-off (initial purchase or renewal cooling-off)

Rule - For online purchases you have a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. For automatic renewals, the trader must provide a renewal cooling-off notice and you have a right to cancel during that renewal cooling-off period without penalty. Required proof - notice of purchase or renewal and your cancellation notification. Law - Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024.

Before cancelling: negotiate

Retention offers known - research did not find documented retention offers or discounts published by LFCTV. To request a retention offer contact the method you used to subscribe: if via Apple App Store or Google Play, manage the subscription there and contact Apple or Google support for options; if via Sky, ask Sky customer service for channel retention options. Steps to ask: prepare your subscription ID, state you want to cancel and ask for any promotional rate or pause; keep any written offer.

If unresolved, seek guidance from Citizens Advice and escalate to the Competition and Markets Authority where unfair subscription practices are suspected. Check access

After cancellation you may retain access until the end of the paid period. If you cancelled during a cooling-off period your access may end immediately if you requested immediate termination. Keep proof of the cancellation confirmation.

Final billing and refunds

Ask LFCTV or your purchase platform for an end of contract notice and, if you cancelled during a cooling-off period or renewal cooling-off period, request a refund of any overpayment. Provide payment receipts when requesting a refund. The trader must acknowledge cancellation and return overpayments as required by the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024.

Data and account

Decide whether you want your account data deleted. If you request account deletion, save any content you need first. Contact the platform where you purchased the subscription to learn about data retention policies.

Re-activation
