1. Go to https://www.manutd.com and sign in to your account.
2. Open your account menu, choose Settings then My profile.
3. Select Manage my MUTV subscription and turn off auto-renew or choose Cancel.

iOS (Apple)

1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad and tap your name, then Subscriptions.
2. Find MUTV under Subscriptions and tap Cancel Subscription.
3. Apple will confirm cancellation by email; retain that email as proof.

Android (Google Play)

1. Open Google Play Store on your device, tap your profile > Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions.
2. Select MUTV and then Cancel subscription.
3. Keep the Google Play confirmation email as proof.

Email

1. Send a cancellation request from the email linked to your account to [email protected].
2. State your account email and request cancellation and refund if within 14 days and no content accessed.
3. Keep the reply email from MUTV as proof of cancellation.

Phone

1. MUTV does not publish a phone cancellation process or phone number for digital subscriptions in its public guidance.
2. If you have a phone contact from another channel, note that MUTV has not published official phone cancellation steps.

Post

1. Send a signed, dated letter by registered post to MUTV, Crown Way, CF14 3UZ Cardiff, United Kingdom.
2. Include your account email, subscription details and state you cancel with immediate effect for future renewals.

Moving (change of address or country)

If you move and MUTV is restricted by broadcast rights in your new location, you should cancel and provide proof of address such as utility bill or tenancy agreement. If rights prevent service, ask MUTV for a pro rata refund for unused time; MUTV's policy allows refunds for time not received in specific termination cases.

Price increase

MUTV accepts legitimate grounds where their performance is prevented or delayed in a material way by an event outside their control; in those cases MUTV may terminate without refund for certain breaches or may refund a proportionate part of the subscription for the unused period. End of commitment

If your subscription was taken monthly or annually, you may stop auto-renewal at any time before the next period starts. You cannot shorten the active billing period; cancellation is effective at the end of the current period. Provide your account confirmation or email cancellation as proof.

Cooling-off (14-day cancellation right)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a 14-day cooling-off period for online service contracts starting from the moment you enter the contract. Before cancelling: negotiate

Cooling-off and digital content
