1. Open a browser and sign in to your account at https://www.netflix.com/gb/.
2. Go to the Manage your membership or Account page.

iOS (Apple App Store)

1. If you signed up via Apple, open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
3. Select Netflix and tap Cancel Subscription.
4. Keep the Apple subscription cancellation receipt for proof. Netflix cannot cancel your App Store subscription for you; you must use Apple.

Android (Google Play)

1. Email cancellation pathways are not the standard method; follow any partner instructions shown in your Account page if applicable.

Moving abroad or moving location

If you are moving out of the UK and want to end your Netflix subscription, you may cancel at any time via your Account page. Proof documents are not required for ordinary moves.
