Cancel via iOS or Android app

1. Open the Ring app on your phone.
2. Tap the menu, then Control Center or your profile, then Subscriptions.
3. Choose the subscription and tap Cancel Plan or Disable Auto-Renewal. Follow prompts and keep the confirmation email.

Cancel an order (short window)

3. If 45 minutes have passed, wait for delivery and use the returns process.

Phone and email

1. To cancel by phone, call Ring support and provide your account email and subscription details. For order cancellations call within 45 minutes of ordering.

Cooling-off period - statutory right
