Cancel via the Web (recommended)

1. Go to the Google One website and sign in to the Google Account that purchased storage.
2. Open Settings in the left menu and choose Cancel membership.
3. Follow the on-screen confirmation to stop future payments. Your access remains until the end of the current billing period.
4. Keep a screenshot or enable email notifications for proof.

Cancel on Android (Google Play)

1. Open the Google Play Store app on the Android device linked to the purchasing account.
2. Tap your profile icon > Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions.
3. Select Google One and choose Cancel subscription. Confirm the reason if prompted.
4. Retention: you keep access until the end of the paid period.

Cancel on iPhone or iPad (App Store purchases)

1. If you purchased Google One through the Apple App Store, open Settings on iPhone or iPad.

Cooling-off period (14 days for digital services)
