Moving address or relocation
If you are moving and cannot use the service in the new location, provide proof of address change such as a utility bill or tenancy agreement. Second Nature does not publish a specific relocation policy; use the in-app cancellation path or send a registered letter. Relevant law: Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 for online contracts during the cooling-off period.
Price increase
If Second Nature increases the price, check your contract for change-of-price clauses. If the increase was not agreed in your contract you can treat it as a breach and ask for termination and refund. Save any messages or notices announcing the increase. Relevant law: Consumer Rights Act 2015 for services performed with reasonable care and skill.
Death of the subscriber
To cancel after a subscriber death, provide a copy of the death certificate and a short instruction from the estate executor. Second Nature’s support channels will advise on account closure steps; use postal registered letter for an indisputable record.
Legitimate grounds accepted by Second Nature
For the medicated programme Second Nature accepts the following as grounds for special refund or prescription handling: a clinician advises stopping treatment, unmanageable side effects, cancellation within the first 14 days (statutory cooling-off), and cancellation within the first month for any reason. Provide medical notes or clinician letter for clinical reasons. Legal reference: Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 for the 14-day cooling-off rights; see Second Nature Terms.
End of commitment
If your plan includes a minimum commitment (6 or 12 months), cancellation at the end of the commitment is allowed without a fee. If you request early termination cancellation fees apply; the exact amounts for early exit are Not published by Second Nature. Check your contract or ask support for the specific fee and obtain written confirmation of the effective date.
Cooling-off period
The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 grant a 14-day cooling-off period for services bought online.
