Availability and scope

Duolingo Max is available for learners of Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese and Korean for English speakers. Duolingo does not publish global availability by country on its main site.

Web (Duolingo account) cancellation

1. Sign in to your account on duolingo.com.
2. Click the Super icon or open Settings (gear icon).
3. Select Manage subscription and follow on-screen instructions to cancel.
4. Keep a screenshot of the confirmation screen.

iOS (App Store) cancellation

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
3. Locate Duolingo or Super Duolingo/Duolingo Max and tap Cancel Subscription.

Moving abroad or change of residence
