iOS cancellation (Apple App Store)

1. Open Settings on your iPhone and tap your name at the top.
2. Tap 'Subscriptions' then select 'Sweat'.
3. Tap 'Cancel Subscription' and confirm. The Sweat app may redirect you to Apple ID settings; refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple.

Android cancellation (Google Play or in-app)

1. Open the Sweat app and tap your profile icon.
2. Scroll down and select 'Cancel Subscription' and follow the prompts, or open Google Play > Menu > Subscriptions > Sweat > Cancel.
3. Confirm cancellation. Google Play provides confirmation email; access continues until billing period ends.

Email cancellation

1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject 'Cancel Subscription' and include your account email and last 4 digits of the payment method used.
2. Keep a copy of the sent message and any reply as proof. Response time is not guaranteed; allow 48-72 hours.

Postal cancellation

1. Write a signed cancellation letter including your full name, account email and request to cancel.
2. Send by registered post to: Sweat, 21 Cork Street, W1S 3LZ London, United Kingdom.
3. Keep the postal receipt and wait for written confirmation from Sweat.

Moving abroad or relocation

Sweat does not publish a specific relocation cancellation policy. If you need cancellation for moving, provide proof such as new address documents when contacting [email protected]. Price increase

If Sweat increases prices during an ongoing subscription, customers may rely on contract terms. Under Consumer Rights Act 2015, unfair contract terms are not binding if they impose disproportionate penalties. Provide written notice to support and keep copies.

Death of the subscriber

Sweat does not publish a formal policy for death of subscriber. To request cancellation, send proof such as a death certificate and the account email to [email protected]. Legal obligations under UK law may require communication with next of kin or executor.

Legitimate grounds (service defects)

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires services to be provided with reasonable care and skill. If Sweat fails to provide access or performs the service poorly, you can complain to Sweat and request remedy. Sweat's public help pages do not list a specific set of accepted legitimate grounds; keep all evidence of the issue and raise it by email.

End of commitment

If you bought a fixed-term annual subscription, it ends on expiry. For annual subscriptions paid in full (£99.99), cancellation takes effect at period-end and no refund is issued for web purchases. For monthly subscriptions, cancel before the next billing date to avoid renewal; Sweat recommends cancelling at least 24 hours before the next payment.

Cooling-off period

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give a 14-day cancellation right for distance contracts. This right is limited for digital services once download or streaming has started with the consumer's express consent. If you started streaming or using the app immediately and gave consent, the digital content exception applies.

Re-activation
