1. Open the Fiit app or sign in at your Fiit account.
2. Tap Profile, then Membership or Manage Membership.

Apple App Store (iOS)

1. On your iPhone or iPad go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
2. Select Fiit from the list and choose Cancel Subscription.

Google Play Store (Android)

1. Open Google Play Store > Profile > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions.
2. Select Fiit and tap Cancel subscription.
3. Save the Google Play cancellation email or screenshot.
4. Refunds for Google Play purchases follow Google Play terms; Fiit cannot process those refunds directly.

Phone / Support Email / Post

1. Phone number is not publicly published by Fiit; use email [email protected] for written instructions and confirmation.
2. To cancel by post send a signed registered letter to: Fiit, 9 Appold Street, EC2A 2AP London, United Kingdom.

Moving abroad or relocation

If you move and lose access to the service territory, contact Fiit support at [email protected] with proof of your new address such as a utility bill or bank statement. Fiit help pages do not list a formal relocation exception; provide the proof and request cancellation confirmation. Applicable law: Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 when contract was concluded online.

Price increase

If Fiit increases the subscription price during a current term you should receive notice under the terms and conditions. Keep the notification from Fiit as proof. If the increase breaches the contract terms, you can seek cancellation and refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for unfair contract terms and the contract terms Fiit published. Provide Fiit’s notification as evidence.

Death of the subscriber

To cancel after a subscriber's death contact Fiit support at [email protected] and supply a copy of the death certificate and proof of executor status or next of kin identification. Fiit’s published help does not detail this process; use written contact and request written confirmation.

Legitimate ground - poor service or breach

If Fiit fails to provide the service with reasonable care and skill, you may claim a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Required proof: screenshots, timestamps, examples of service failures (for example persistent app errors, tracker failures described in reviews) and correspondence with Fiit support. If Fiit terminates access for terms violations no refund will be issued per Fiit terms.

End of a fixed commitment

Most Fiit plans have no long minimum commitment; check your contract. If you are on a partner plan (for example a corporate or gym partnership) cancellation must go through that partner; Fiit states they cannot cancel third-party subscriptions. Cooling-off / 14-day right to cancel

If you purchased directly via the Fiit website you have 14 days to change your mind and cancel with a refund, unless you have used the service and lost the right to withdraw. Required proof: date of subscription and evidence you did not use the service during the cooling-off period. Before cancelling: negotiate

Fiit does not publish a standard set of retention offers in its public help pages. To request a retention offer contact [email protected] or use the in-app support. When you write, include why you want to leave, your current plan (for example Unlimited Monthly at £19.99) and a request for discounts or a pause. Ask explicitly for an extension of a trial, a promotional discount or an annual pricing offer and request their response in writing.

Unlimited Monthly: £19.99 x 12 = £239.88 per year.

Essential Monthly: £7.99 x 12 = £95.88 per year.

Essential Annual: £79.99 per year (equivalent monthly £6.99 as published by Fiit).

Example saving by switching from Unlimited Monthly to Essential Annual: £239.88 - £79.99 = £159.89 saved per year.

Key UK consumer law

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 grant a 14-day cooling-off period for online contracts concluded in the UK. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires services to be performed with reasonable care and skill and protects against unfair contract terms.

Auto-renewal and hard-to-cancel subscriptions

The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) treats unclear auto-renewal terms and hard-to-cancel processes as potential unfair practices. Fiit advises cancelling in-app or via the relevant app store for purchases made through Apple or Google.

Escalation steps

If Fiit does not resolve your issue: first complain in writing to Fiit ([email protected]); then contact Citizens Advice or your local Trading Standards. For card payments you may use Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974 or request a chargeback from your bank as applicable. If your complaint is about a third-party partner (for example The Gym Group) escalate to that partner first.

Check access and final billing

After cancellation verify whether you retain access until the end of your paid period. Keep screenshots of cancellation confirmation and monitor your bank statement for any unexpected charges in the next billing cycle.

Data and integrations

If you integrated Fiit with Apple Health, Google Fit or a heart rate monitor, disconnect those integrations in app settings if you wish to stop data sharing. Request account deletion by contacting [email protected] if you want Fiit to remove your personal data; keep the support reply.

Re-activation

To re-activate later sign up again via the Fiit app or website. If you had a promotional rate it might not be available when you re-subscribe.

Follow this checklist to cancel and protect your consumer rights.
