Service overview

GeForce Now is a cloud gaming platform operated under the GFN name and associated with NVIDIA technology. It lets players stream games using remote NVIDIA-powered rigs so a user can play games they own without a local high-end PC.

How it works

Players link their existing game stores or launchers and stream gameplay from NVIDIA servers. Free and paid tiers offer different session lengths, priority access and stream quality. Paid tiers use GeForce RTX virtual rigs for higher fidelity.

Web (official account page)

1. Go to GeForce Now information then open account.nvidia.com or sign in directly at NVIDIA account.
2. Sign in with the account that holds the GeForce Now membership.
3. Open Account settings and find GeForce NOW Membership.
4. Select Downgrade to Free membership or cancel paid membership.
5. Confirm the change and keep the confirmation email or screenshot.

In-app (GeForce NOW application)

1. Open the GeForce NOW app on the device used to subscribe.

iOS / Apple App Store

1. If the subscription was processed by Apple, open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your Apple ID > Subscriptions > find GeForce NOW and select Cancel Subscription.
3. Keep the Apple receipt as proof of cancellation.

Android / Google Play

1. If the subscription was processed by Google Play, open the Google Play Store app.
2. Tap Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > find GeForce NOW and Cancel.
3. Keep the Google Play confirmation email or screenshot.

Phone and Email

1. GeForce Now does not publish a public phone number or dedicated support email for cancellations.
2. If you cannot cancel online, use the postal method below for an auditable cancellation request.

Post (Recorded Delivery)

1. Write a short letter with your account email, username, last four of billing card, and a clear statement: "I Cancel my GeForce NOW paid membership."
2. Send by Recorded Delivery to GeForce Now, 2788 San Tomas Expressway, 95051 Santa Clara, USA.
3. Send at least 7-10 working days before the renewal date to allow processing time and keep the Recorded Delivery receipt as proof.

Cooling-off period (14 days)

If you signed up online, you have a 14-day cooling-off right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 measured from the date of contract conclusion. If you started streaming or downloaded digital content and gave express consent to waive the right, the right to a refund may be limited. Price increase

If GeForce Now increases the price for renewing subscriptions, UK consumer law requires transparent notice and allows you to cancel if the change is a contractual variation that disadvantages you. Moving abroad or loss of service

End of commitment or Fixed-Term Pass

Fixed-Term Passes do not automatically renew. For monthly paid memberships, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal to ensure non-renewal. For evidence, retain account screenshots and confirmation emails.
