Web - cancel via Ubisoft Store or Ubisoft Connect

1. Open store.ubisoft.com/uk/select-plan and click the avatar icon at top-right.
2. Choose My Subscription or My Account, then My Subscription.
3. Choose Cancel Membership or Cancel Ubisoft+ and follow on-screen prompts to confirm.
4. Keep the confirmation screen and check your account page for a cancellation record.

PlayStation - cancel if billed by PlayStation

1. On your PS console go to Settings, then Account Management.
2. Select Account Information, then Services List.
3. Find the Ubisoft+ subscription and select Cancel Subscription.
4. Keep the PlayStation confirmation in your account; access continues until the end of the billing period.

Xbox / Microsoft account - cancel if billed via Microsoft

1. On Xbox go to My games & apps, then Apps, or open account.microsoft.com.
2. Sign in and select Services & subscriptions.
3. Find Ubisoft Plus and select Cancel to stop future payments.
4. Save the Microsoft confirmation email or page.

Mobile app store - cancel if billed via Apple or Google

1. Open App Store Subscriptions (iOS) or Google Play Subscriptions (Android).
2. Select Ubisoft Plus and choose Cancel Subscription.
3. Save the store confirmation and check the subscription end date.

Email - cancel by message to support

1. Send an email from the account holder address to [email protected] with subject Cancel Ubisoft Plus and include Ubisoft account name, email, last 4 digits of payment method and request cancellation.
2. Allow 48 to 72 hours for response and keep any email reply as proof.

Post - cancel by registered letter

1. Write a signed cancellation letter with your Ubisoft account details and request immediate cancellation or cancellation at the end of the billing period.
