1. Open your Team Up account or the Everybody app. If you do not have Team Up access, use the Everybody website membership area: Memberships.
2. Find your active membership and select the cancel or end membership option.

Email cancellation

1. Send an email to the location support or the general support contact. Use Everybody support to find the right address.
2. Include your full name, membership number, date of birth, the date you wish the notice to start, and a clear statement "I wish to cancel my Everybody Fitness membership".
3. Request written confirmation and keep the reply. If you do not receive a reply within 7 days, send a follow-up and consider posting a recorded letter.

Postal cancellation (registered letter)

1. Write a signed letter including your membership details and the desired cancellation start date.

Everybody Fit LTD's published terms state that exceptions may be made at the companys discretion for long-term medical incapacity. End of commitment (minimum term expiry)

For annual commitment plans the membership remains active for the paid term. To avoid auto-renewal, give the required notice before the contract rolls to a new period. Cooling-off right (14 day distance cancellation)

If you joined online, by phone or off-premises, you have a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
