Cooling-off period (change your mind)

If you joined online or off-premises you have a 14-day statutory cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. To exercise this right contact The Gym Member Service or use the Member Area/app and request a refund. If you started membership immediately and used the facilities, The Gym will deduct either a one-day pass fee or a pro-rata amount for use during the cooling-off period. Moving premises

If you are permanently moving to a location where the gym cannot reasonably provide access you should contact Member Service with proof of new address such as a tenancy agreement or utility bill. Death of the subscriber

In the event of the member's death, contact Member Service and provide a death certificate. Serious illness or injury (legitimate ground)

The Competition and Markets Authority has stated that contracts are unfair if they do not allow cancellation for serious injury or illness.
