Cooling-off (change of mind)

If you bought a subscription online you have a 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. For 1-month subscriptions CyberGhost offers a money-back guarantee for 14 days. For subscriptions of 6 months or longer CyberGhost extends a refund window of 45 days. If digital services started with your express consent and you agreed to immediate access, the statutory cooling-off refund may be limited. Price increase

If CyberGhost raises the price during a fixed term, check your contract for the company's price change clause. Moving abroad

Relocation alone is not an automatic entitlement to early termination under CyberGhost terms unless the service cannot be provided; provide proof of new address (utility bill or tenancy) and request cancellation via support. Death of subscriber

End of commitment

If your plan is time-limited, cancellation at the end of the term is accepted by not renewing. There is no cancellation fee. To avoid renewal charges cancel before the renewal date via account, App Store or Google Play depending on purchase channel.
