Cooling-off period (first 14 days)

Rule - You have a 14 day right to cancel a contract concluded at a distance under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If you cancel within 14 days and you have not downloaded, generated, used or published any asset, you are entitled to a refund.

Required proof - Evidence of purchase date (receipt or bank statement) and confirmation you did not download or use assets during the 14 day period.

Price increase at renewal

Death of the subscriber

Rule - There is no automatic statutory cancellation rule for digital subscriptions on death. The estate or next of kin should contact Artlist support with proof to close the account and to request refund consideration.

End of commitment / standard termination

Rule - For monthly or annual plans, cancellation is performed by selecting Cancel renewal in Subscription details. The subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.

Before you cancel - negotiate

Final billing and refunds

If you request a refund within 14 days and you have not downloaded or used any assets, Artlist’s policy entitles you to a refund for payments made within the last 14 days. Re-activation

To restart a cancelled subscription sign in, choose a plan and pay for the new billing period. Your new subscription date will be set at the time of purchase.
