1. Open your browser and sign in to your Image-Line account.
2. Navigate to the FL Cloud page in your account dashboard.
3. Scroll to the section labelled MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION.
4. Click Cancel subscription and confirm the cancellation when prompted.
5. Retain any on-screen reference and save a screenshot of the confirmation.

iOS - cancel via Apple

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions.
3. Find FL Cloud in the subscription list and tap it.
4. Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts. Apple will show expiry date or 'cancelled' status.
5. If charged, request an Apple refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Android - cancel via Google Play

1. Open Google Play Store on your Android device.
2. Tap your profile icon, then Subscriptions.
3. Select FL Cloud and tap Cancel subscription.
4. Confirm the cancellation and save the confirmation email.

Post - cancel by registered letter
