Web - cancel via browser

1. Open mixcloud.com and sign in to your account.
2. Click your profile picture and select Settings.
3. Choose Payments and click My billing info.
4. You will be redirected to Mixcloud's payment provider secure portal. Follow the portal steps to cancel the subscription.
5. Keep any confirmation email or screenshot of the payment portal showing cancellation.

iOS - cancel from device browser

1. Do not use the Mixcloud app. Open Safari and go to https://www.mixcloud.com/settings/payments/.
2. Tap My billing info and follow the redirect to the payment provider.
3. Complete the cancellation in the secure portal and save confirmation.

Android - cancel from device browser

1. Open Chrome and visit https://www.mixcloud.com/settings/payments/.
2. Tap My billing info, follow the payment provider redirect and cancel.
3. Save any confirmation or take a screenshot as proof.

Post - cancel by registered letter

1. Write a letter including your full name, account email, any subscriber reference and clearly state you Cancel the Mixcloud subscription and the desired effective date.
2. Send the letter to Unit 113, The Print House, 18 Ashwin Street, London, E8 3DL using Royal Mail Tracked or Recorded Delivery.
3. Keep a copy of the letter and the tracking receipt as proof of delivery.

Phone or email - when to use

1. Mixcloud does not publish a phone number for subscription cancellation and support email addresses are not publicly disclosed.

Moving abroad or change of address

If you need to stop Mixcloud because you change country or address, cancel via the Payments settings as explained above and keep confirmation. Provide a proof of move if you request an exceptional refund; acceptable proof includes a dated utility bill or change of address confirmation.

Price increase

If Mixcloud increases the price of a paid subscription, check your subscription terms and the email you received from Mixcloud. Death of the subscriber

If the account holder has died, contact Mixcloud support via the Help Center and provide a death certificate and proof of authority or probate to request account closure. Mixcloud's published support channels should be used to submit documentation.

Legitimate ground - poor service or incorrect billing

If Mixcloud fails to provide the service with reasonable care and skill, or you were billed after cancellation, you can request a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Evidence required includes screenshots, timestamps, transaction records and any cancellation confirmation.

End of commitment

If you are on a rolling monthly subscription, cancel at any time via the payment portal. The subscription will continue until the end of the paid period and then stop. Provide the payment portal confirmation as proof of cancellation.

Cooling-off period (14 days)

For purchases made online, UK consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Access and content after cancellation

Data and account status

Mixcloud does not publish a specific data-deletion timetable. If you want your account data removed, contact Mixcloud support via the Help Center and request deletion; keep copies of your request. If you need copies of invoices or play history, download them before cancellation if available.

Re-activation

To restart Mixcloud Premium, sign in and resubscribe via the Plans or Premium page. Mixcloud states that Premium and Pro are separate subscriptions; to regain both creator and listening benefits you may need to subscribe again to each service.
