Web - step by step

1. Open your browser and go to https://motionarray.com/ and sign in.
2. In the left-hand sidebar, click Plan & Billing.
3. Click the Breadcrumbs icon then Change Plan.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the pricing page and click Renewal settings.
5. Click Continue to cancel and follow the prompts until you receive on-screen confirmation. Keep the confirmation screenshot and the confirmation email.

Mobile (iOS and Android) - step by step

1. Open the Motion Array app and sign in.
2. Tap the person icon, select Plan & Billing.
3. Tap the three dot menu and choose Change Plan.
4. Scroll to Renewal settings, tap Continue to cancel and follow the prompts.
5. Save the confirmation screen and confirmation email as proof.

Team Plans - step by step

1. Team plans cannot be cancelled from the web dashboard by a member. Log in as the team owner or administrator.
2. Open the Help Center on Motion Array and start a chat with support.
3. Request cancellation and ask the agent to confirm the effective date and any pro rata handling.

Email and Postal cancellation - step by step

1. To cancel by email, send a clear request to [email protected] including your account email and the words "Cancel subscription".
2. To cancel by post, send a registered letter to Motion Array, 27-28 Eastcastle Street, W1W 8DH London, United Kingdom stating your account email and request to cancel.
3. Keep email replies and postal delivery receipts as proof.

Motion Array does not publish a public phone number for cancellations. Use the web flow, app flow, Help Center chat for team plans, or [email protected] for written requests.

Cooling-off - cancel within 14 days

Rule: You may request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase or renewal if you have not downloaded or generated any Motion Array products, used the Motion Array software, or exported a video using the software during this period. To obtain a refund, contact support via the refunds article or email [email protected]. Required proof: account email, order number, and confirmation that no downloads/exports were made. Applicable law: Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Price increase

Rule: If Motion Array increases your price at renewal, check your contract terms and your renewal email. If Motion Array failed to provide clear notice of automatic renewal and price change, you may raise a complaint citing CMA guidance on auto-renewal. Required proof: renewal notice, billing statement showing unexpected charge. Applicable regulator: Competition and Markets Authority (CMA).

Moving country or change of circumstance

Rule: Motion Array does not publish a specific moving/domicile cancellation policy. Required proof: Not published by Motion Array. If you need a special consideration, contact support via chat or [email protected] and provide proof of relocation such as a utility bill or new address; cite Consumer Rights Act 2015 if the service cannot be provided as promised.

Death of subscriber

Rule: Motion Array does not publish a death handling policy. Required proof: Not published by Motion Array. Typical evidence to present to support a cancellation request is a copy of the death certificate and the account holder details sent to [email protected].

End of commitment or cancel any time

Rule: Motion Array allows cancellation at any time. After cancellation you retain access until the end of your billing term; there is no refund for unused time except under the 14-day Refund Period. Legitimate ground and permitted exceptions

Rule: Motion Array will consider refunds only within the Refund Period and under the conditions in their policy. We compute annual costs using Motion Array listed prices (annual prices billed annually). Example: Everything (Individual) annual price shown as £29.99 per month when billed annually. Yearly cost = 12 x £29.99 = £359.88 per year. Compare to a competitor: Spotify Premium costs £12.99 per month. Yearly cost = 12 x £12.99 = £155.88 per year. Example saving if you cancelled Motion Array Everything and switched to Spotify (not identical services): £359.88 - £155.88 = £204.00 per year. Note: VAT at 20% is added at checkout where applicable, and feature parity differs between services.

Access and content

After cancellation you keep access until the end of your billing term. Motion Array does not provide a refund for remaining time except as stated in the 14-day Refund Period. Back up any project files and exported videos before your access ends.

Data and account

Motion Array does not publicly publish a full data-retention schedule. If you need deletion of personal data, request it in writing to [email protected] and ask for confirmation of deletion. Keep the reply as proof.

Final billing and receipts

Save the cancellation confirmation, final invoice, and email receipts for accounting or chargeback evidence. Check your bank statement within 30 days of cancellation to verify no further renewals were charged.

Re-activation

You may re-subscribe at any time by signing up again on https://motionarray.com/. Re-activation terms and promotions are determined by Motion Array at the time of re-subscription.
