SoundCloud Go+ is SoundClouds premium subscription tier that adds ad-free listening, offline playback and access to an expanded library of premium tracks above the free tier.

Who it is for

SoundCloud Go+ is for listeners who want high-quality audio, exclusive promotional DJ integrations and access to 135M+ premium tracks while supporting creators directly.

How it differs from other plans

Go+ includes everything in SoundCloud Go plus an expanded catalogue and higher-quality streaming for £10.99 per month. SoundCloud Go costs £4.99 per month and the Free tier is £0.

Web (Direct) - cancel on SoundCloud website

1. Open a desktop or mobile browser and go to soundcloud.com and sign in to your account.
2. Go to your Profile icon > Settings > Subscriptions.
3. Find SoundCloud Go+ and select Cancel subscription.
4. Follow on-screen steps. You will receive a confirmation message and an email confirming cancellation.

iOS - cancel through Apple App Store

1. If you bought Go+ through Apple, open the Settings app on your iPhone.
2. Tap your name > Subscriptions > choose SoundCloud and tap Cancel Subscription.
3. Apple issues the cancellation confirmation; SoundCloud cannot cancel App Store purchases for you.
4. For refunds on App Store purchases use Apple support.

Android - cancel through Google Play

1. Open the Google Play Store app and tap your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
2. Select SoundCloud and tap Cancel subscription.
3. Google Play provides confirmation; SoundCloud cannot cancel Google Play purchases for you.

Phone

1. SoundCloud does not offer cancellation by phone. Use the web method or the app store used to buy the subscription.

Cooling-off - 14 day withdrawal
