Website (best method)

1. Open a web browser and go to the SoundCloud website.
2. Log in to the account with the Pro subscription.
3. Go to your profile menu and select "Subscriptions" or visit your Subscriptions page.
4. Find the Pro or Artist plan, click "Edit" then choose "Cancel subscription" and follow the on-screen prompts.
5. Confirm the cancellation; you will see the expiry date on the Subscriptions page.

iOS - Apple App Store

1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name, then tap "Subscriptions".
2. Find SoundCloud in the list and tap it.
3. Tap "Cancel Subscription" and confirm.
4. Keep the App Store receipt as proof of cancellation.
5. SoundCloud cannot cancel App Store purchases for you.

Android - Google Play

1. Open the Google Play Store app and tap your profile icon, then "Payments and subscriptions" then "Subscriptions".
2. Select SoundCloud and tap "Cancel subscription".
3. Keep the Google Play receipt for your records.
4. SoundCloud cannot cancel Google Play purchases for you.

Email

1. Compose an unequivocal statement to cancel or withdraw and send it to [email protected].

Cooling-off - 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom you have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase of an Artist Subscription. SoundCloud provides a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchasers of a Pro Account.
