Key UK consumer laws and regulator

Relevant laws are the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Data, downloads and playlists

After downgrade you lose offline downloads and some premium-only features. Playlists, saved songs and account data remain in your free Spotify account. Back up any important playlists by exporting links or saving local copies where needed.
