Cancel on the Web

1. Open your browser and sign in at your Google account that pays for YouTube.
2. Go to Purchases and memberships in Account settings and find the YouTube Premium or Music subscription.
3. Click Cancel subscription and follow prompts. You receive on-screen confirmation and usually an email.
4. Keep the confirmation screenshot and email as proof.

Cancel on Android (Google Play)

1. Open the Google Play app on your Android device.
2. Tap Menu > Subscriptions.
3. Choose the YouTube subscription and tap Cancel subscription.
4. You will receive a Google Play confirmation email. Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.

Cancel on iOS (Apple App Store)

1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your Apple ID at the top, then Subscriptions.
3. Find YouTube or YouTube Music and tap Cancel Subscription.
4. If you subscribed through the App Store, future billing is managed by Apple and prices may differ from web prices.

Cancel by Phone or Email

1. YouTube does not publish a direct support email or phone number for cancellation in their public terms; use the account Help flow to request support.
2. If a phone call or email is provided after opening a help ticket, ask for a reference number and save it.

Cancel by Post

Cooling-off (right to withdraw)

If you bought a digital subscription online, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give a 14-day right to withdraw for most contracts. For digital content like immediate streaming you may have waived that right if you agreed to start performance immediately. Territorial law exceptions

In some territories, including rights deriving from local law, users may be allowed to cancel immediately and be eligible for a refund by contacting YouTube Support. Data and re-activation
