Cancel via website or member portal

1. Sign in to your CMI account if you have one.
2. Locate membership or subscription settings and select cancel or contact support.
3. Save or screenshot the cancellation confirmation or email.
4. Retain any confirmation reference and date.

Cancel by phone

1. Find the customer service number in your membership documents or on your invoice.
2. Call and provide your membership number, full name and email.

Cancel by email

Cancel by registered post

1. Write a signed letter including your full name, membership number, date of birth if required, and clear statement: "Please cancel my CMI membership effective immediately."

3. Keep the recorded delivery receipt as proof of posting.
4. Await written confirmation from CMI and any refund.

Moving abroad

If you move and that prevents the provision of services, provide proof such as a new utility bill, tenancy agreement or work contract showing the new address. Check your membership terms for location restrictions. Applicable law: Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 for distance contracts when services cannot be provided.

Price increase

If CMI increases a recurring price during your contract, you can rely on the contract terms or refuse the change. Provide the notice of price change and your membership details. Death of subscriber
