Web account (recommended)

1. Open https://cvwizard.com/ and log in with your account.
2. Click your profile icon at the top right.
3. Open Settings and find the Cancellation button.
4. Follow the on-screen steps and confirm cancellation.
5. Save the email confirmation you receive as proof.

iOS / App Store

1. If you were charged via Apple, open Settings on your iPhone.
2. Tap your Apple ID - Subscriptions - locate CVwizard - Cancel Subscription.
3. If you cancelled in-app via your CVwizard account, also check the email confirmation from CVwizard.
4. Keep the App Store receipt as proof.

Android / Google Play

1. Open the Google Play Store app - Menu - Payments and Subscriptions - Subscriptions.
2. Select CVwizard and tap Cancel subscription if the Play Store shows the billing.
3. Check your email for a Google Play cancellation confirmation and any CVwizard email.

Email cancellation

1. Send an email to [email protected] with subject 'Cancel subscription' and include your account email.
2. Request written confirmation of cancellation and a final billing statement.
3. Keep the sent email and any reply for your records.

1. Write a clear request to cancel and include your account details and date of birth if requested for ID.

Cooling-off right (14 days)

You have an unconditional right to dissolve the subscription within 14 days of concluding the contract under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. To use this right, cancel via your account or contact [email protected] and request a refund. If you asked for immediate delivery of digital content and expressly waived the right, the right to withdraw for that digital content ends (digital content exception).

Price increase

If CVwizard increases the price during an active subscription, check the terms and your contract notices. Final billing and refunds

CVwizard states you can dissolve the subscription within 14 days and that payments will be refunded within 14 days after termination. However, the company also states that prepaid amounts will in no case be refunded.
