3. Follow up with a postal cancellation if your membership is held directly with Ingonito.

Phone - steps

1. Use a published customer contact only if you already have one. Ask the agent to process a written cancellation and provide a processing date.
2. If the agent cannot provide written confirmation, send a Recorded Delivery letter to the head office and include a note that you contacted by phone with date and time.

Email - steps

1. If you have a contact email for Ingonito, send a clear cancellation statement including full name, membership number, address, phone number and email.
2. Request a written confirmation that the cancellation has been processed and note the processing date.
3. If no confirmation is received within 7 days, send a Recorded Delivery letter to the head office.

Post - steps (recommended)

Moving - permanent relocation more than 25 miles

Rule: Annual prepaid memberships may be cancelled during the fixed term if the member permanently relocates more than 25 miles from the nearest Ingonito location, subject to proof.

Required documents: proof of new address (utility bill or tenancy agreement) and evidence that the move places you more than 25 miles from the nearest location. Submit both with your written cancellation.

Price increase
