Moving or relocation
Moving is not an automatic contractual ground for refund unless the service cannot be used after the move. Required proof: new address evidence and request explaining why the service is unusable. Applicable law: Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Death of subscriber
In the event of the subscriber's death, a nominated representative should contact [email protected] with proof of authority and a copy of the death certificate. Required proof: copy of death certificate and proof of relationship or authority. Applicable law: Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Legitimate technical failure
PDFSimpli accepts refund requests when technical issues prevent file downloads or use, per their refund exceptions. Required proof: screenshots, timestamps and a detailed description of the failure. End of commitment
When your paid period ends, do not renew or cancel at least 48 hours before the next billing date to prevent renewal. Required proof: cancellation confirmation and last invoice. Applicable law: CMA guidance on clear renewal disclosures.
