Phone cancellation

2. Ask the agent for a confirmation reference number and a confirmation email.
3. If you do not receive confirmation, repeat the request in writing by email or post.

Email cancellation

1. Send a message to [email protected] with your account email, subscription name and the words "Cancel subscription".
2. Request written confirmation and keep the reply email.
