Web - self-service customer hub

1. Open your browser and go to https://checkout.designrr.io/updateinfo/.
2. Enter the purchase email shown in the bottom left corner of your Designrr dashboard or the email used at checkout.
3. Open the email that Designrr sends with the access link.
4. Click the access link to open your billing hub page.
5. Select Subscriptions and click Cancel subscription to stop future billing.
6. Save the confirmation email and screenshot the billing hub page.

iOS / App Store purchases

1. If you bought Designrr via Apple App Store, open your iPhone Settings or the App Store app and go to Subscriptions.
2. Find the Designrr subscription and cancel through Apple. The App Store issues the proof of cancellation.
3. Designrr does not publish App Store purchase support instructions on its help pages.

Android / Google Play purchases

1. If you subscribed via Google Play, open the Google Play app, go to Subscriptions and cancel the Designrr subscription.
2. Keep the Google Play confirmation email as proof.

Phone

1. Designrr does not publish a public phone number for cancellations.
2. If you contact via phone and receive a cancellation, request an email confirmation or take a dated call record.

Email

1. Open your support channel or account emails and locate billing contact information in your dashboard.
2. Describe your cancellation request, include your purchase email and invoice numbers, and request confirmation.
3. Save the reply as proof. See transaction and billing guidance at Designrr transaction and billing.

Post (registered letter)

1. Write a clear letter stating you wish to cancel your subscription and stop future charges; include your purchase email and customer ID.
2. Send the letter by registered post to: Designrr, 30 Moorgate, EC2R 6DA London, United Kingdom.
3. Keep the postal receipt as proof of dispatch and delivery.

Moving (change of country or residency)

If you cannot continue using the service because you move to a country where the product is unavailable, provide proof such as a dated utility bill or new tenancy agreement and a copy of your passport or driving licence. Designrr does not publish a specific policy for moving exceptions; statutory protections apply if the service cannot be provided.

Price increase

If Designrr increases the price and you decide to cancel because the new price is unacceptable, provide the notice of increase (email from Designrr) and your cancellation request. Death of the subscriber

Acceptable legitimate grounds include persistent service faults or failure to provide the service with reasonable care and skill. End of commitment

If your paid period has ended, cancel using the billing hub or store subscription before renewal. Save confirmation of cancellation. No minimum contract period is published by Designrr for standard monthly plans.

For online contracts, you have a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
