Web - cancel directly on Fotor (recommended)

1. Sign in at your account on Fotor.
2. Go to Account Setting then Subscription.
3. Click Manage Plan and then select Cancel your subscription or Downgrade to free plan.
4. Follow on-screen confirmations until you see a confirmation message and receive an email.
5. Keep the confirmation email as proof; your Pro benefits continue until the end of the paid period.

iOS - cancel via App Store

1. Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your avatar, then Subscriptions.
3. Find Fotor or Fotor/Goart - Photo Editor, Designer and select Cancel Subscription.
4. Keep the Apple cancellation receipt as proof of cancellation.

Android - cancel via Google Play

1. Open Google Play Store on your Android device.
2. Tap your profile, then Payments and subscriptions > Subscriptions.
3. Select Fotor and press Cancel subscription.
4. Keep the Google Play cancellation confirmation receipt.

Email cancellation

1. Send an email to [email protected] with your account email, subscription type and a clear statement: "I cancel my Fotor subscription effective immediately" and request written confirmation.
2. Attach screenshots or receipts if needed.
3. Allow time for reply and save sent email and any responses as proof.

Postal cancellation (registered letter)

1. Write a signed letter with account email, subscription ID and the date you want cancellation to take effect.

3. Keep proof of postage and request written confirmation by email.

Moving abroad or leaving the UK

If you move address and want to cancel, provide proof of relocation such as a dated tenancy agreement or utility bill showing the new address and request cancellation from Fotor support. Fotor does not publish an exclusive relocation policy; supply documentary evidence to support your request.

Price increase

If Fotor increases price mid-subscription, check the terms you agreed to. Fotor must provide clear renewal terms. If the change breaches the subscription terms you accepted, request cancellation and a refund for any sums charged incorrectly.

Death of the subscriber

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires services to be performed with reasonable care and skill. End of commitment / recurring subscription

Fotor subscriptions automatically renew until you cancel. There is no minimum fixed term. To stop renewal cancel at least 24 hours before the period end.

Cooling-off period (14 days)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a 14-day cooling-off right from the date of contract conclusion for online subscription purchases.
