Web cancellation (recommended)

1. Open a browser and go to https://fubo.tv/.
2. Sign in to your account.
3. Click My Account, select Subscription, then click Cancel Subscription.
4. Follow the on-screen prompts and confirm cancellation. Keep or screenshot the confirmation. You should also receive a confirmation email. Free trials end immediately; paid plans continue until the end of the billing period. See official instructions at How do I Cancel My Fubo Subscription.

iOS (Apple) cancellation

1. On your iPhone or iPad open Settings > your name > Subscriptions.
2. Find FuboTV and tap Cancel Subscription.
3. Apple will show cancellation confirmation. If you signed up via Apple, you must manage billing through Apple.

Android (Google Play) cancellation

1. Open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile, then Subscriptions.
2. Select FuboTV and press Cancel subscription.
3. Google Play will confirm cancellation and show the effective date.

Cancel via Roku or other third-party platforms

1. Sign in to the third party account used to subscribe (for example Roku).
2. Find Subscriptions or Manage Subscriptions and cancel FuboTV from there.
3. Third-party cancellations follow that platform's rules; if you cancel during a free trial via Roku, the subscription ends at the free trial expiry.

Cancel by post

1. Write a clear cancellation request including account email, last four digits of payment card, and request to cancel immediately.
2. Send by registered post to: FuboTV, 1290 6th Ave, 10104 New York, USA.
3. Keep proof of postage and delivery receipt as evidence.

Moving abroad or relocation

If you move outside the service availability area and lose access to channels, provide proof such as a signed tenancy agreement or utility bill with new address and the date of move. FuboTV does not publish a specific relocation acceptance policy, so send proof and request cancellation. Applicable law: Consumer Rights Act 2015 for service quality obligations.

Price increase

If FuboTV increases the subscription price, check the notification sent by FuboTV. Under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 a trader must provide an end of contract notice for subscription changes and consumers may end the contract if terms change unfavourably. Death of the subscriber

For death of the account holder provide a death certificate and the account email. The trader must process end of contract notifications and refund any overpayment in line with the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024.

Legitimate ground accepted by FuboTV

Research confirms FuboTV accepts cancellation via the website and through third-party platforms. For exceptional legitimate grounds (medical incapacity, prolonged service outage) provide supporting documents such as medical certificates or documented outages. End of commitment or promotional commitment

If you are on a promotion with a commitment period, FuboTV notes promotional offers may include a commitment period and cancelling early could result in an early cancellation charge. Provide the original promotional terms and request a statement of any fee from FuboTV. Applicable law: Consumer Rights Act 2015 on unfair contract terms.

Cooling-off right

If the contract was concluded online, you have a 14 day cooling-off right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, subject to the digital content exception once streaming starts with your express consent. If you cancel during the cooling-off period before streaming starts you are entitled to a refund. Before you cancel: negotiate

FuboTV is known to offer retention discounts when customers cancel via the account portal or support. Research explicitly notes that customers may be offered a discount to stay during the online cancellation flow. Primary UK laws

Your cancellation rights in the UK rely on the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for service quality and unfair contract terms, and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 which gives a 14 day cooling-off period for online contracts. Refunds and cooling-off

FuboTV states it does not provide refunds for prepaid or partial months of service and that a cancelled paid subscription continues until the end of the billing period. However, if you cancel within the 14 day cooling-off period before you start streaming and the digital content exception does not apply, you are entitled to a refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If streaming began with your express consent, the digital content exception may apply and the right to refund can change.

Escalation steps

First complain to FuboTV via the official support pages. If unresolved, contact Citizens Advice for guidance and escalate to the appropriate ombudsman or use Section 75 / chargeback with your card issuer if the payment qualifies. The CMA monitors hard-to-cancel subscriptions and unclear auto-renewals as potential unfair practices.

Check access and final billing

After you cancel, confirm whether your subscription ends immediately (free trial) or at the end of the billing period (paid subscription). Keep screenshots of the cancellation confirmation and any emails. Review your bank statements for any subsequent charges; if you are charged after cancellation, collect the confirmation email and transaction details to dispute with FuboTV or your card issuer.

Data and re-activation

FuboTV may retain account data for service purposes. If you wish to re-activate later, sign in and follow the re-subscription process.
