Overview

Now TV is a subscription streaming service owned by NOW TV LIMITED, part of Sky Group and Comcast. It offers access to Sky Originals, movies, live sports and entertainment passes without a long-term TV contract.

Web cancellation (recommended)

1. Open a desktop, laptop or tablet. NOW recommends these devices rather than a mobile device.
2. Go to https://www.nowtv.com and sign in to My Account.
3. Choose 'Membership & Payment'.
4. Select the membership or viewing experience you wish to cancel.
5. Click 'Cancel membership' or 'Cancel viewing experience' and follow the onscreen steps.
6. Wait for the onscreen confirmation and a confirmation email (sent within 3 hours).

iOS / Apple cancellation

1. If your NOW membership was purchased via Apple, open your iPhone or iPad Settings.
2. Tap your name > Subscriptions > NOW (or App Store Subscriptions) > Cancel Subscription.
3. If you do not have a NOW account and bought via Apple TV, cancel directly through Apple.

Android / Google Play cancellation

1. Open Google Play Store > Profile > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions.
2. Find NOW and Cancel.
3. If the subscription was bought directly on NOW, follow web cancellation instead.

Live chat / Help centre

From the research NOW accepts cooling-off cancellations and certain Sport Day cancellations within 14 days if not activated. End of minimum commitment

• Entertainment (flexible) £7.99 x 12 = £95.88 per year.
