Cancel via website (best for direct sign-ups)

1. Go to https://www.paramountplus.com/gb/ and sign in to your account.
2. Open My Account or Account Settings and choose Manage Subscription.
3. Select Cancel Subscription and follow on-screen prompts to confirm cancellation.
4. Keep the confirmation screen or confirmation email as proof.

Cancel on iOS (Apple subscriptions)

1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
2. Tap your name, then Subscriptions, then find Paramount+ and tap Cancel Subscription.
3. Apple sends a subscription cancellation receipt to your Apple ID email.
4. Note: If you subscribe through Apple, Paramount Plus cannot cancel the Apple billing for you; Apple controls renewals.

Cancel on Android (Google Play)

1. Open the Google Play Store app and tap your profile icon.
2. Choose Payments and Subscriptions then Subscriptions and select Paramount+.
3. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.
4. Save the Google Play confirmation email as proof.

Cancel by email

1. Send an email from the account holder's address to [email protected] with the subject line "Cancel subscription" and include the account email and last 4 digits of the payment card.
2. Keep the reply from [email protected] as proof.

Cancel by post

1. Send a signed, dated cancellation letter by registered post to Paramount Plus, 17-29 Hawley Crescent, NW1 8TT London, United Kingdom.

Cooling-off within 14 days (right to withdraw)
