Cancel EA Plus the easy way

Overview

EA Plus, often marketed as EA Play and EA Play Pro, is Electronic Arts subscription access to EA game libraries, early trials and store discounts. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled and apply to a single platform or account.

Web cancellation (EA account or app)

1. Open a browser and go to help.ea.com or open the EA app.
2. Sign in with the EA account that holds the subscription.
3. Go to Account Settings or Subscriptions.
4. Find EA Play or EA Play Pro and click Manage or Cancel.
5. Follow the on-screen prompts and keep the confirmation email or screenshot.

iOS cancellation (Apple App Store)

1. On your iPhone or iPad open Settings and tap your name, or open the App Store and tap your profile.
2. Tap Subscriptions, locate EA Play, then tap Cancel Subscription.
3. Keep the Apple confirmation email as proof.

Android cancellation (Google Play)

1. Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.
2. Tap your profile icon, then Payments and Subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
3. Select EA Play and tap Cancel Subscription.
4. Save the Google Play confirmation email.

Phone cancellation (Customer Support)

1. Visit help.ea.com and use the contact options to reach an agent.
2. Provide your EA account email, subscription name and request cancellation.
3. Ask the agent for a reference number and confirmation email; record date and time.

Email and Help Center cancellation

Postal cancellation (registered letter)

Moving (change of residence or platform)

If you move or change platforms you may cancel your subscription by following standard cancellation routes above. Price increase
